Mon-Fri from 5:00-6:00 PM

This one-hour session is meant to warm your body up and prepare it for Muay Thai. It is also a great way to improve your fitness level and improve your endurance.

Beginner/Intermediate Muay Thai

Mon-Fri from 6:00-8:00 PM

In this course, you will learn the basic skills of Muay Thai. It is also here that students learn to spar with others.

Advanced Muay Thai

Mon-Fri from 8:00-9:00 PM

This course is designed for those who already have the basics of sparring. Here, more advanced skills will be taught as the class is more sparring-orientated

Kids Classes

Sunday from 10:00-11:00 AM

We offer classes for those +8yrs old. Children here are given an opportunity to learn new skills, develop a love for the sport, and have fun while doing so.

Wing Chun

Sat from 9:00-10:30 AM

Come learn the traditional art of Wing Chun. This form of Chinese kung fu is great for close combat defense. No experience is needed.
